Our core monthly direct debit membership, designed for adults who want full access to the gym, all included classes, and the consistency of being part of the House of Grit & Glory community.

This membership is the best-value way to train with us month after month, whether your goal is to build routine, improve fitness, lose body fat, get stronger, or simply train in a supportive environment that keeps you coming back.

Terms and Conditions – Grit & Glory Membership

By purchasing this membership, you are entering into an agreement with House of Grit & Glory for the membership selected at the point of sign-up. Your monthly membership fee will be collected by direct debit each month from the date your membership begins.

Payments
Your payment will be collected on the agreed date each month. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account. If a payment fails, your membership access may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid. House of Grit & Glory reserves the right to charge reasonable admin fees in relation to missed or failed payments.

Membership Term
If this membership is sold as a minimum-term agreement, the minimum term and monthly rate shown at sign-up will apply for that agreed period. If no minimum term is stated at sign-up, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in line with the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to a minimum of 30 days’ notice. If your membership includes a minimum term, cancellation during that term is not permitted unless agreed at the discretion of House of Grit & Glory or where required by law.

Early Cancellation During a Minimum Term
Where a minimum-term membership has been agreed, early cancellation may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• permanent relocation to a new address more than 15 miles from the gym

• medical circumstances preventing continued participation, supported by appropriate evidence

Any approved early cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Evidence may be required before the request is accepted.

Freezing Membership
Membership may be frozen at the discretion of House of Grit & Glory in cases such as illness or injury, subject to appropriate supporting evidence. A freeze may be limited in duration and may be subject to an admin fee.

Membership Access
This membership gives access to the gym during normal operating hours and includes access to applicable classes within your membership type. House of Grit & Glory reserves the right to amend opening hours, class timetable, coaches, services, or facilities where reasonably necessary.

Member Conduct
All members must follow gym rules, respect staff, coaches, equipment, and other members, and use the facility safely. House of Grit & Glory reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or in breach of gym rules.

Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-Transferable
Membership is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by any other person.

Changes to Details
Members must notify House of Grit & Glory as soon as possible of any changes to contact details, bank details, or other relevant membership information.

Promotional Rates
Where a promotional membership rate applies, that rate is only valid for the offer selected at the time of sign-up and for the period stated in that offer. Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time for new sign-ups and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Legal

GRIT & GLORY PLUS – £40/month DD

Our premium monthly direct debit membership for adults who want more than access alone.

Grit & Glory Plus includes full gym access, all included classes, and added support through the GG Performance App, giving you a more structured and supported training experience. The Plus membership includes personalised training plans, nutritional support, progress tracking, check-ins, and added accountability to help you stay consistent and progress more effectively. All of which is managed through our GG Performance App which comes with personalised workouts, with demonstration videos filmed in our gym so that you know exactly what to do on every exercise! The app also allows you to look at workout history so that you can see the weight you lifted in previous sessions to ensure your always staying in track and each session you hit a new personal best it lets you know! You will complete weekly check ins which will be reviewed and if needed the workouts etc can be tweaked based on your feedback!

This membership is designed for those who want more clarity, more direction, and more support alongside the HoGG training environment and community.

Support Services and App Access
Any training plans, nutrition guidance, check-ins, app access, accountability features, or other support services provided through this membership are intended to support general fitness and lifestyle goals. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or clinical guidance. Members remain responsible for disclosing relevant health information and training within their capabilities.

House of Grit & Glory reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or withdraw specific app features or support elements where reasonably necessary, provided the overall nature of the membership remains materially consistent.

Our flexible monthly membership for adults who want full access to the gym and all included classes, with more month-to-month flexibility and without committing to a direct debit agreement.

Grit & Glory Flex is designed for those who want the HoGG training environment, classes, and community, but prefer a more flexible payment route than a standard direct debit membership.

Terms and Conditions – Grit & Glory Flex

By purchasing this membership, you are entering into an agreement with House of Grit & Glory for the membership selected at the point of sign-up. Your monthly membership fee will be collected using the payment method selected at the point of sign-up and will renew in line with the membership period unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Payments
Payment for this membership is due in accordance with the payment schedule shown at sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure valid payment details are provided and kept up to date where relevant. If a payment fails or is not successfully collected, your membership access may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid. House of Grit & Glory reserves the right to charge reasonable admin fees in relation to missed or failed payments where applicable.

GRIT & GLORY STUDENT - £20/month

Our student monthly membership is designed for eligible students who want full access to the gym and all included classes at a lower monthly rate.

This membership gives students the opportunity to train in a supportive, community-led environment, with access to both the gym floor and included classes as part of their membership. It is designed to make consistent training more accessible, whether the goal is to improve fitness, build strength, lose body fat, increase confidence, or simply stay active alongside studies.

This is a rolling monthly membership charged at £20 per month, giving flexibility without a long-term fixed commitment unless otherwise stated at the point of sign-up.

Terms and Conditions – Student Membership

By purchasing this membership, you are entering into an agreement with House of Grit & Glory for the membership selected at the point of sign-up. This membership is available to eligible students only and may require valid student status to be evidenced at sign-up or at any point during the membership.

Your monthly membership fee will be collected using the payment method selected at the point of sign-up and will renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
