Freezing requests are subject to a £10 admin fee per freeze request. Early Termination Early termination is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the cancellation policy. A cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining monthly payments on the contract will apply if early termination is requested outside of these conditions. Changes to Membership Membership rates are fixed for the contract term. Any changes to your direct debit details must be communicated to the gym at least 14 days prior to the next payment date. Access and Rules Membership grants access to the gym during regular operating hours. The gym reserves the right to amend operating hours and class schedules without prior notice.
