ENGINE ROOM, exactly what it says on the tin. Working on your cardiovascular health and pushing the limits with your endurance. 

Expect to, run outside, use all cardio machines: rower, assault bike, cross trainer - as well performing all calisthenic movements. Some classes will include the use of: barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells.
